RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us

RETURNS

All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date. This will be extended to start on the despatch date for personalised items which require a longer processing time.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Bespoke/customised items are non returnable unless faulty. If there is a fault within 30 days a refund, repair or replacement will be given, after 30 days and under 6 months a repair will be offered.

Customised items are any items with added text, logos, alterations or coloured binding.

Non bespoke items are returnable for any reason.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTION

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in unused, new condition. Any items with hair or dirt on will not be accepted.
